For Moneybookers: Either login to your Moneybookers account or initiate a payment via Moneybookers directly and a Moneybookers account will be automatically created for you.

For PayPal: Select the "Continue" button indicating that you do not currently have a PayPal account. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account in order to fund using your credit card.
